Greetings everyone. I am pleased to share this very important service review with you.

The topic here is Cell Phone Services From Company Service Representatives.

Sometimes I find cell phone services very good and at other times they are sorely lacking.

On any good day I am able to communicate with customer agents whenever I have a problem such as no service available in my area or trying to find a more suitable plan for myself.

However, on a bad day I run into those agents who either do not know much about the cell phone plans that they are offering, or are simply unable to communicate with me because English is not their first language.

It is at these times that I become very frustrated and my boiling point quickly arrives when instead of listening to my problem they dive right into their list of prepared questions and ask too many of those that do not even relate to my problem or query.

Or if I tell an agent that I am vision impaired and need a bit of help? Boy o boy! Most of the time the agent at the other end simply clams up and becomes very confused.

I urge companies to provide better technical and language training to their agents.

Above all, they need awareness training on how to communicate better with persons with special needs.
