The dictionary definition of Woke is: "Being conscious of racial discrimination in society and other forms of oppression and injustice." This must encompass all levels of the disability economy including the massive unemployment rate of 70% through threats to safety net programs that in many cases mean life itself. Protecting civil rights in general and in the digital space in particular? It is remarkable that the party of civil rights who freed the slaves now seems to be working overtime to curtail those rights. Should we not have a discussion about digital civil rights as a separate legal issue? None of the above?
